Who was Best Man? We don’t know.
We’d like to say we care, but if it wasn’t Saved By The Bell co-star ‘Preppy’ Mark-Paul Gosselaar, then we probably wouldn’t be too excited. He may have opted to be all non-traditional and have a lady take the role, as his close friend Eva Longoria was in attendance.
What do we know about the bachelor party?
Zack and A.C. foolishly entrusted Screech with the task of organising a stripper and of course, he booked a man. Lonely Mr. Belding enjoyed his lap dance all the same. Kelly, Lisa and Jessie showed up just in time to see A.C. chugging a keg, leaving Jessie to worry that A.C. is back to his old, immature ways.
OK, so that’s the fantasy, but the reality isn’t too far off; Lopez and pals headed to Vegas for a weekend of gambling, sunbathing and boozing, before taking in a raunchy Pussycat Dolls show – featuring none other than Lopez’ then fiancée, Courtney Mazza.
Where did they get married?
The wedding was held at the beach-front vacation home of buddy Joe Francis (of Girls Gone Wild fame) where we can only hope the seat cushions were turned over, etc. They had a beach party/winter wedding themed cake made by Cake Boss Buddy Valastro.
What did Mario wear on the day?
Looks like a black…suit. Yep. We don’t know where he got it or who designed it. Looks nice.
What advice would Mario give to future Grooms?
Possibly the advice he was allegedly given by X Factor co-host Khloe Kardashian – to take a moment to yourselves, just you and the bride, to step back and look at your wedding as your guests do; to take it all in. Or possibly to remember that the bride is the focus of the day. Not exactly in keeping with the Staggered philosophy, Lopez is quoted as saying of the televised wedding ”I’m just a sidekick in it. My fiancée is the star.” – however, since he did take a role in the wedding plans (he reportedly handled the entertainment, for which he chose a Mariachi band – grande) we’ll let him get away with that one. This is Lopez’ 2nd wedding, so he should have felt at ease with everything up to now. Of course, his 1st marriage barely lasted a month, so let’s hope it’s 2nd time lucky!
